Accelerating our presence across Europe
Following the successful launch of our operations in the Netherlands in 2025, driven by a local team of experts dedicated to the hospitality sector, the Passman Group is accelerating its structuring in 2026 to reinforce its position as a European leader.
This involves, on one hand, the merger of our historic Belgian subsidiaries (Screen Services and Taktik) with the Dutch team to create Passman Benelux. On the other hand, it marks the official launch of our Southern Europe subsidiary: Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
With teams established across 7 European countries, the Passman Group deploys uniform expertise while maintaining local proximity wherever its clients are located.
Known for its historic dynamism, the Passman Group confirms its upward trajectory and its ability to support its clients in new markets wherever connectivity is a strategic challenge, delivering an increase of over 50% in its turnover and 75% in its workforce in just three years.
Our outdoor division
Because outdoor connectivity presents unique technical challenges — blackspots, complex topographies, and sharp seasonal variations —, the Passman Group has structured a branch dedicated to the Outdoor sector: open-air hospitality, local authorities, tourist sites, etc. This division relies on the open-air hospitality leader: Osmozis, a key player for 20 years, and Camping Connect, a benchmark in the United Kingdom.
Our PMS division
Our PMS (Property Management System) division brings together two areas of expertise. On one side, Logmis, which has now established itself as an independent PMS brand for managing open-air hospitality establishments, student accommodation, and serviced residences. On the other, our subsidiary Imagine Soft, a historic leader in the hospitality and healthcare sectors, providing communication gateways between your PMS or HIS management software and all your key applications (Wi-Fi, TV, points of sale, telephone, etc.).
